Our Story
I learned to love travelling from my father. Dad introduced me to Livigno when I was a child, in the 1980s. It was a magical place for him: he came here to buy the technology he loved so much, like the video cameras he used to film the most important moments of my life and my sister’s. Those memories stay with me today, now that he is gone. As I grew up I lost sight of Livigno, drawn to other places. Then, in the last years of his life, I brought him back to the Alps to see the town he loved so much, where he had always dreamed of buying a home.

I found a new place, grown and changed, but one that had protected its nature by choosing sustainability. And in me, having left a safe, steady job to become an entrepreneur in the green economy, a spark was lit. Almost by chance, the chance to buy the chalet came along, and I took it to make it beautiful and sustainable, with natural, low-impact materials. So every time I come back here with my family, I will see my father in every view. I picture him as in the photo on my phone: the two of us sitting on a bench that reads Livigno feels the Alps. Lasting memories, like the ones I hope will stay with my children, Ginevra and Leonardo, and with you. Memories of Chalet Pandora and Livigno.
